1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Service Plus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including passengers, corporate clients, and visitors to our website.

2. Services Description

Service Plus provides luxury chauffeur and limousine services, including airport transfers, city tours, multi-day tours, corporate transportation, and special event services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm all bookings
  • Full payment is due 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond included allowances
  • Corporate clients may arrange alternative payment terms upon approval

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the booking value
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Special event bookings may have different cancellation terms

5. Passenger Responsibilities

All passengers must:

  • Provide accurate booking information including contact details
  • Be ready at the designated pickup location and time
  • Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
  • Not smoke or consume illegal substances in vehicles
  • Wear seatbelts at all times during transit
  • Not carry prohibited items or hazardous materials
  • Inform us of any special requirements in advance

6. Vehicle and Service Standards

We commit to providing clean, well-maintained vehicles and professional, licensed chauffeurs. All vehicles are regularly inspected and insured. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher category if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable.

7. Liability

Service Plus is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all passengers during transit.

8. Damages and Lost Property

  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles
  • Cleaning fees may apply for excessive soiling of vehicles
  • Lost property will be held for 30 days before disposal
  • We are not responsible for items left in vehicles

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service Plus website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
